Clear the gutters - Since the weather is getting warmer, now is the time to clear out those gutters and make your home ready for any unexpected rain.

Declutter the shed - You could also declutter the inside of your shed and get rid of any old tools, then replace them with brand new tools.

Clear out the garage - Don’t just stop at the shed, clear out your garage of any inevitable clutter!

Lay some decking - You could create a new section of your garden by laying some decking for all those days lazing about in the sun.

Add some new garden furniture - Putting it up in the sun is much nicer than putting garden furniture up in the cold!

Plant some new flowers - Although this isn’t strictly DIY, having a garden full of flowers is fantastic and planting them in summer is a great way to enjoy the sun and fresh air.

Kids playhouse - If you have kids, now is a great time to build a playhouse for them and get them outside in the fresh air.
